As a shaper, you are responsible for the daily supervision of the projects and ensure the highest quality throughout the season. Your daily commitment determines how much fun and safety the lifts offer.

Key Data

• Duration of employment: December to April (depending on snow and resort conditions)

• Weekly working hours: 20-30 hours per week

• Salary: from € 08.00 gross/hour - overpayment with appropriate qualifications and experience

• Additional benefits: Accommodation in a double room, season ticket for your location, outerwear (trousers, jacket, helmet, gloves) - for the duration of your employment

Your Tasks

• With your commitment you ensure the quality on site

• As the first person on the mountain, you prepare our facilities ideally for mountain sports enthusiasts

• With the reshape at the end of the day, you ensure safety for the guests

• Skiing or snowboarding skills are essential

• You can communicate in English

• You are not a lone wolf and enjoy working in an international crew

• You enjoy being on the mountain regardless of the weather

• Punctuality is very important to you

• In some areas, having your own csr is an advantage
