Job description
As a project manager, you are responsible for the daily supervision of projects and ensure the highest quality throughout the season. Your daily commitment determines how much fun and safety the facilities offer.
As project manager, you are also the first point of contact for our team on site, you ensure that the project runs smoothly and that the team is organised. The main focus here is on good communication and a certain degree of personal responsibility.
Key Data
- Duration of employment: December-April (depending on the season)
- Working week: 30-40 hours per week
- Salary: from € 10.00 gross/hour - overpayment with appropriate qualifications and experience
- Additional benefits: Accommodation in a single room, season ticket for your work location, outerwear (trousers, jacket, helmet, gloves) - for the duration of your employment
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the quality and safety of our system/equipment on site
- You coordinate the shaper team and are also the main point of contact for the mountain railways - our customers
- You create the duty rosters and also monitor the specified hourly budgets
- As the first person on the mountain, you prepare our facility ideally for the visitors and with the reshape at the end of the day you ensure safety for the guests
Job requirements
- Skiing or snowboarding skills are essential.
- You have good communication skills and also have a certain degree of personal responsibility
- You can communicate in English
- You are not a lone wolf and enjoy working in an international crew
- You enjoy being on the mountain without having a problem with bad weather
- Punctuality is very important to you
- In some projects, having your own car is an advantage
