The tasks of a head shaper are varied. You lead the crew through the season and coordinate the team's daily work on the mountain. In your job, you work closely with the park designer and you are responsible for the organisational side of the project. Team leader skills are essential here!

Key Data

• Duration of employment: December-April (seasonal)
• Weekly working hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Salary: from € 10.00 gross/hour - overpayment with appropriate qualifications and experience

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the quality and safety of our snowpark on site
• You coordinate the shape-crew and you are their main point of contact
• You create the duty rosters and also monitor the specified hourly budgets
• Small repairs and conversions are also part of your daily business

• Advanced skiing or snowboarding skills are essential
• Experience in shaping snow parks required
• You have good communication skills and also have a certain degree of personal responsibility
• You can communicate in English
• You are not a lone wolf and enjoy working in an international crew
• Punctuality is very important to you
• You are happy to take on responsibility and are no afraid to work independently
• You can respond flexibly to the wishes of our customers and also react to the weather.
